NC REALTORS® is seeking a VP of Operations, located in Greensboro, NC. NC REALTORS® maintains a diverse and comprehensive array of programs and services serving a REALTOR® community of over 42,000 members. The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading and strategically supporting initiatives aimed at assuring the association’s long term growth and sustainability. The Vice President of Operations will also provide operational oversight to effectively and efficiently achieve association goals and enhance overall organizational capacity and performance. Working side by side with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Vice President of Operations will communicate and build commitment to the association’s vision, mission, goals and strategic direction among staff and members. This position requires a candidate to have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution. Additionally a law degree or advanced degree in management or related field is preferred. Relevant required experience includes a minimum of 7 years of professional experience including experience in association management and/or personnel management.
